The line, protected
Five ways a conveyor fails.
Each device watches for one specific failure. When it sees it, the belt stops — every time, without a person in the loop.
The range
- 01
Protective Stop Devices
Belt rip, belt drift and pre-collision detection. Devices that catch a fault before it becomes a failure.
3 devices - 02
Emergency Stop Devices
Pull-cord lanyard devices with positive trip mechanisms — the last line between an operator and a moving belt.
2 devices - 03
Safe-T-Limit
Heavy-duty limit switching with independently adjustable pre-warn and trip contacts, plus the full arm range.
3 devices - 04
Control Stations
Ø22 push button stations, mini stations and hold-to-run belt drift stations rated to IP66/67 and IP69K.
3 devices - 05
Cord, Guides & Hardware
Vectran and stainless lanyards, pull-cord guides, stop balls and the stainless hardware that ties a system together.

Certified, not claimed.
Every device we supply carries independent test evidence behind it. That is what makes it defensible in your engineering file — and in an incident investigation.

Specification
The enclosure decides the lifetime.
Every material in the range has been researched and field tested before it goes near a device. Pick the environment — we will pick the enclosure.
01 / 04
PC/PBT Plastic
The standard enclosure across the range. Impact-modified polycarbonate/PBT blend that stays dimensionally stable under UV and shrugs off the knocks of a working plant. Static dissipation grades are available for installation in explosive atmosphere zones.
- Impact-modified for plant environments
- UV stable — no chalking in African sun
- Flame retardant V0 rated
- Static dissipation grades for Ex. zones
Where we work
- 01
Underground & Opencast Mining
Coal, platinum, chrome, gold and manganese. Overland conveyors, shaft feeds and transfer towers.
- 02
Quarrying & Aggregates
Crusher feeds, screening plants and stockpile conveyors running in constant dust and vibration.
- 03
Cement & Minerals Processing
High-temperature, high-abrasion lines where a drift fault becomes a shutdown within minutes.
- 04
Ports, Bulk Handling & Rail
Ship loaders, tipplers and reclaimers where 316 stainless is the only enclosure that survives.
- 05
Agriculture & Food Processing
Washdown environments requiring IP69K-rated control stations and food-safe enclosure materials.
- 06
Power Generation
Coal handling plants where belt rip and misalignment protection is a licence-to-operate condition.
How we work
Four steps. No surprises.
Most of our clients arrive with a fault, not a part number. That is the right way round.
- 01
Specify
Send us the belt, the environment and the fault you need detected. We come back with the exact device, enclosure material, contact configuration and part codes — not a catalogue.
- 02
Quote
A line-itemised quotation with lead times against every code. No negotiated supplier pricing games — one honest number, held.
- 03
Supply
Stock lines dispatched from Potchefstroom. Project quantities scheduled against your shutdown window so nothing lands late.
- 04
Support
Installation instructions, design drawings, technical documents and spares. The relationship starts at delivery, it does not end there.

Where our devices work
Overland conveyors, transfer towers and stockpile lines across South Africa and the SADC region.

Before you ask
The questions we get most.
Yes. We regularly supply into the SADC region and can quote delivered pricing to site. Send your delivery address with the enquiry and we will include freight in the quotation.
In most cases, yes. The Safe-T-Pull range includes direct replacements for common competitor lanyard devices, and mounting adaptations can be engineered. Send us a photograph and the existing part number.
Stock lines dispatch immediately. Configured devices — specific contact counts, stainless enclosures, custom arm lengths — are quoted with a firm lead time against each line item, and we schedule to your shutdown date.
Yes. Ex. rated variants are supplied in 2mm 316 electro-polished stainless steel, and static dissipation polymer devices are available for installation in explosive atmosphere zones.
Every device has a technical document, brochure and design drawing available. Ask for them with your quote and we will send the full pack for your engineering file.
Each device underwent an independent Failure Modes and Effects Analysis with real-world testing by an accredited authority, rather than a theoretical or documentation-only assessment. That gives you defensible failure rate data for your overall SIL calculation.
